- Do you provide free software updates?
- Yes, we periodically provide software updates. The updates can be downloaded from the software updates page (password required) or by email.
- If we get equipment built by you, do we get CAD files & the customized code?
- We provide full electronic CAD files that you can keep for your records. For the software we develop for your application, you get the source code. Note that many automation & test equipment development companies do NOT provide this to their clients. We believe that if you pay for it, you should own it - if you’re shopping for an automation or quality equipment specialist, make sure to ask them who owns the data when the project is over.
