Concept
- Develop concept based on team-approached design
- Perform FMEA on concept
- Refine ideas
Prototype
This is an extremely important step, by performing a prototype step, we can determine the feasibility of the full machine as well as anticipate most problems to the final design. It also gives the customer a chance to see the concept ideas put into practice. Sometimes the customer discovers that the idea is not quite what they wanted. This discovery phase allows us to change direction if in the customer’s wishes.
Final Machine
With a final machine we provide everything required to build and operate it as a turn key solution
